ELK 3-phase motors, type 2EL and 3EL

ELK is a relatively new Turkish engine manufacturer with state-of-the-art machinery and modern facilities.

They manufacture motors in sizes 63–315 in accordance with the IEC standard.
Sizes 63–160 are made of aluminum, and larger sizes are made of cast iron.

The motors meet efficiency classes IE2, IE3, or IE4 in accordance with current requirements.

The motors are designed for normal operating conditions and comply with the international standard IEC 60034 and the directives for CE marking; they are also UL-approved as standard.

FORM OF PROTECTION

The motors are fully enclosed, fan-cooled, and have an IP 55 protection rating.

INSULATION

The motors are designed to meet insulation class F standards but are operated only up to the temperature limit specified for class B. This temperature margin ensures a longer service life and high operational reliability for the motors.
