With Busck brake motors you get both reliability and dependability. The electric motors have a fast braking time (connection and disconnection time = 5~80 milliseconds).
Busck brake motors have protection class IP54 and are designed according to insulation class F. Standard voltage is 230/400 V 50 Hz up to and including 3 kW. Above that, the voltage is 400/690 V. The motors have sealed bearings that are grease-filled for many years of operation.
Busck brake motors are made of aluminum and have detachable feet. The electric motors are equipped with a DC brake that is fed over a half-wave rectifier. Up to 3 kW, the brake coil has a voltage of 103 V and the rectifier is a fast type fed 230 V. From 4 kW onwards, the brake coil is at 180 V and the rectifier is fed 400 V. The braking torque is fixed and cannot be adjusted.

Stainless steel electric motors are designed for use in the food industry, pharmaceutical industry and other environments where high hygiene standards are required and the equipment is subjected to frequent and heavy rinsing.
The smooth, paint-free surfaces of the motors without heat sinks prevent dirt accumulation and simplify cleaning. Labeling data is engraved to reduce the risk of bacterial growth. They are IP69K sealed and non-ventilated (IC410), making them resistant to pressure washing, high temperatures and aggressive cleaning agents.
The motors are made of acid-proof AISI 316L stainless steel with AISI 420 shaft, which provides high corrosion resistance and long life. Viton oil seals, smooth outer surfaces and EHEDG-compliant stainless steel cable glands contribute to optimal hygiene.
They are adapted for continuous operation (S1), can handle inverter operation with constant torque, and have a surface temperature limited to 60 °C at 20 °C ambient thanks to efficient electromagnetic design.
Standard version: 3×230/400 V, 50 Hz.
