Environmental policy
We shall conduct our business in a manner that minimises our impact on the environment. We shall inform, educate and engage all employees in active, structured and systematic environmental work that prevents negative environmental impact and is continuously improved. We shall actively work to reduce energy and material consumption as well as transportation in our operations. We shall engage in dialogue with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to prevent negative environmental impact. We shall comply with applicable laws and work to continuously improve ourselves.
Health and safety policy
No one should have to suffer physical or mental harm at work. All risks of ill health and accidents must be addressed as far as possible within a reasonable time. Working at Busck should be a positive, rewarding, and enjoyable experience, and it is everyone’s responsibility to ensure a good work environment. We condemn all forms of discriminatory treatment and harassment. Busck shall conduct systematic work environment efforts in accordance with AFS 2023:1 and meet all relevant
work environment requirements. Every employee shall be given autonomy in their work with assigned responsibilities and authority.

Social responsibility
Through dialogue and cooperation, we strengthen our relationship with suppliers. This gives us insight into and influence over compliance with social and environmental conditions. All major suppliers are assessed according to a supplier assessment template. Approved suppliers are listed in the Register of Approved Suppliers.
We want to be able to ensure that our products and components are produced in good conditions where human rights are respected and laws are complied with, nationally and internationally.
We want to create new business opportunities. Responsible supply chain management can be used proactively to strengthen our brand and create new market opportunities.
