Accessories

Here you will find electric motors, generators, frequency converters, worm gears, gearboxes, gear motors and coolant pumps. Of course, we also have accessories for these. Everything from tensioning rulers, motor sleds and separate cooling fans to encoder kits and motor protection switches.

Busck motor protection switch

Our motor protection switches are a complete motor protection with many possibilities. Type ESM 1 protects the equipment against phase failure, overload and short circuit. With a motor protection switch, you can also start and stop the motor manually.

ESM 1 is based on a modular system with the motor protection switch as the basic unit. This can then be combined with IP41 or IP55 enclosure, undervoltage release, auxiliary contacts and more. The motor protection switch is intrinsically safe at 400 V up to 6.3 A.

Busck tensioning rulers

Tensioners are available for motor sizes 63-355 and are used where adjustable mounting is required.

Indirect operation
Tension rulers allow for the correct setting of belt tension in indirectly driven applications. This reduces the risk of bearing failure. Efficiency in belt drive is improved by avoiding slipping belts and excessive friction.

Direct operation
Clamping rulers allow easy disassembly of couplings in direct drive applications. When mounting, it is important that the motor and driven equipment are placed in a straight line, otherwise bearing problems may occur.

Busck motor sleds

A motorized sled is equipped with an adjusting screw with which the motor is moved. When the motor and motorized sled are assembled for the first time, they are aligned. It is important that the motor and motorized sled are positioned in a straight line, otherwise bearing problems may occur.

When changing belts, the use of a motorized sled makes it easier, as you do not have to change the alignment of the motor. In indirect operation, the motorized sledge enables the belt tension to be set correctly. This reduces the risk of bearing failure. By avoiding belt slippage and excessive friction, the efficiency of belt operation is also improved. This is a first step towards achieving the highest possible efficiency. In direct operation, the motor sled facilitates the dismantling of couplings.

Thermistor relay TER-7

Many electric motors are equipped with thermistors in the winding to monitor the winding temperature. To connect the thermistors, a thermistor relay is required. Thermistor relays are activated immediately when the supply voltage is switched on. If an overtemperature in the motor occurs, the resistance in the thermistors rises, which the relay senses and switches. The relay has a changeover contact which can be used to break a control voltage or give a warning signal.

Supply voltage 24-230V AC/DC.

2 alternating contacts.
