Busck Motors

With Busck , you get both reliability and operational safety. The electric motors feature a fast braking time (engagement and disengagement time = 5–80 milliseconds).

Busck have an IP54 protection rating and are designed to meet insulation class F. The standard voltage is 230/400 V, 50 Hz, up to and including 3 kW. Above that, the voltage is 400/690 V. The motors feature sealed bearings that are grease-filled for many years of operation.

Busck are made of aluminum and feature removable feet. The electric motors are equipped with a DC brake powered by a half-wave rectifier. Up to 3 kW, the brake coil has a voltage of 103 V and the rectifier is a fast-acting type powered by 230 V. From 4 kW onward, the brake coil is 180 V and the rectifier is powered by 400 V. The braking torque is fixed and cannot be adjusted.
