Vibrating motors

Vibration motors are used for feeding components, cleaning filters, silos and vibrating concrete, among other things. We offer OLI's standard range, which is suitable for all types of vibrating equipment, in virtually all industries. The motors are also available for application in the presence of potentially flammable dust in hazardous environments.

II3 D Ex tD A22 Tx IP66. The motors can be used in zone 22 according to directive 94/9/EC. Approval TÜV 05 ATEX 2768X. Vacuum impregnated winding with insulation class F guarantees reliability and long life. Thermistors 130 °C are standard from size 60 upwards. 3-phase 230 / 400 V 50 Hz or 400 / 690 V 50 Hz. 460 V 60 Hz and other voltages can also be supplied. The 3-phase motors are designed for inverter operation from 20 Hz up to nominal frequency.

 

Aluminum frame up to size 50 and ductile iron frame from size 60. Cast iron bearing shields up to size 90 and ductile iron from size 100. Eccentric weights are adjustable.
